In healthcare, we work with people and for people. And these days, there are fewer people working in healthcare, the new influence of social media, a different way of justifying care, and the network is more assertive. This can make daily care seem to demand something different. Times have changed, and has healthcare changed too?
Arno developed the RASCI-method, a method for easily and effectively gaining insight into an organization's processes. This insight can be used to specifically optimize various processes. I have years of experience working in complex healthcare, where I have been providing training to various organizations for the past six years. Together, we have developed a translation and approach based on the RASCI-method, specifically for healthcare.
We can support healthcare organizations by offering the RASCI-method in an accessible way, so it can initially be applied within a department or team. We offer the sessions as effectively as possible, tailored to the specific healthcare setting. After the sessions, team members understand who is responsible for what in daily care. A manager gains insight into how to maximize team collaboration, based on the available options.
Every team's request is unique. That's why we don't offer a one-size-fits-all approach. We can adapt to the unique dynamics and needs of each team.
