Become a RASCI-practitioner - Blue belt level
What is it?
A multi-day masterclass with an in-depth understanding of the RASCI method. We do this with the help of practical cases that are introduced by the participants themselves and developed during this masterclass. The participants work together in small groups and simulate a complete process during which they receive professional feedback and support.
Who is it for?
This masterclass is intended for anyone who seriously wants to work according to the RASCI method:
- You are already acquainted with the RASCI method and want to take the next step;
- You are an internal (project) supervisor and want to use the RASCI method to optimize business processes;
- You are an external advisor who is asked by clients to implement the RASCI method;
- You want to gain in-depth knowledge and experience to successfully shape the process-oriented way of thinking and working.
What are the benefits?
After this masterclass, you will have gained detailed knowledge and experience with:
- Determining the business model (6 steps);
- Setting priorities and frameworks;
- Preparing working groups (6 steps);
- Facilitating working groups (8-step plan);
- Implementing improvements;
- Skills needed to successfully apply the RASCI method.
Each group of participants independently produces a business model with detailed business processes ready for implementation. The design is such that each participant goes through all the necessary steps and receives feedback on them.
After successful completion, you will receive the RASCI method practitioner diploma.
What topics will be covered?
The RASCI method masterclass is based on the book
and consists of the following 5 modules:
Module 1: Introduction
- Introduction of participants and program;
- Review basic knowledge of the RASCI method;
- Introducing case studies of participants;
- Composing groups (also homework assignment).
Module 2: Determine business model
- Presentation of group assignment (case study);
- Discuss business model theory (6 steps);
- Explanation of use of Process Manager (INBISCO)
- Explanation of homework for participants.
Module 3: Prepare workgroups
- Group assignment presentation (Business model);
- Setting priorities and frameworks;
- Preparing working groups (6 steps);
- Explanation of homework for participants.
Module 4: Optimize processes
- Presentation of group assignment (working groups);
- Facilitate working groups (8-step plan);
- Determine points for improvement;
- Coordinate participants' homework.
Module 5: Final presentation of participants
- Final presentation of participants;
- Feedback and assessment results;
- Evaluation of the course and diploma ceremony.
How long does it take?
The RASCI masterclass has a duration of 10 to 12 weeks with five classroom contact moments. Between the contact moments, the participants jointly complete homework assignments based on case studies provided by the participants themselves. These are recorded in INBISCO's Process Manager (PM). In consultation with the participants, an additional half day will be organized for training in its use.
What is the investment?
The investment for this masterclass is € 2,375 per participant, excluding VAT but including lunches, interim feedback, extensive syllabus and best practices.
During the masterclass, participants also receive access to and training in the digital environment to concisely describe processes and responsibilities (PM).
