The power of simplicity

The RASCI-method^© for me is like the Post-It under the process management tools. But what are the similarities between that yellow sticker and this crisp method?

For me, Post-Its and the RASCI-method^© have the following advantages in common:

• They are applicable everywhere
• Everybody can work with it
• You can quickly capture something important
• It is always easy to find back
• They are actually used

The strength of both is in it's simplicity, it's so simple that you could have invented it yourself. Once you see it, you'll immediately understand it and that's why it just works.
